Kairali Ayurvedic Health Resort at Polppully in Kerala’s Palakkad district combines the best of a tourist paradise and a health center. Set amid 50 acres of lush greenery, it has 30 exclusive villas, each of them having a distinctively different design harmonising with the surroundings. In addition to ayurvedic treatments offered to rejuvenate mind and body, the resort has a swimming pool, golf course, tennis-badminton courts and a variety of other recreation facilities. The return to nature’ experience is complete with dairy-fresh products from its own farm, and organically - cultivated fruits and green vegetables from its own gardens.

The health center, launched in February, is the continuation of a tradition. Though not a physician himself, KAHR Managing Director K.V. Ramesh belongs to a family of ayurvedic physicians. It was in 1989 that he started a health center in Delhi, which became an instant success. Its fame spread far and wide.
